Centaur is a federation of small businesses, with a culture that is highly entrepreneurial and innovative. There is a strong sense of ownership amongst our publishers and other profit centre managers who are extremely committed to their respective markets. Since its formation in 1982, Centaur's growth has been predominantly organic. We have built market leading magazine brands in a number of important professional service communities in the UK. We have gone on to build a wide range of successful extensions to these brands in the form of exhibitions, conferences, internet services and so on. Centaur is now firmly established as a leading specialist business information provider across several market sectors, but we continue to see many new opportunities for growth. I believe that our recent listing on the stock market will open up further exciting growth opportunities for the company and our staff.
