Centaur Holdings plc was admitted to AIM on 10th March 2004, via an accelerated IPO to finance the acquisition of Centaur Communications Ltd.
On the 17th December 2004 Centaur Holdings plc moved up to the main market, joining the Official List. On 4th May
2006 the company changed its name to Centaur Media plc.
The historic results to June 2003, reported in the prospectus and in the 3 year history on this website, are those of Centaur Communications Ltd.
