The Market Research Society (MRS) is pleased to announce that it has sold its Research Exhibition, which runs alongside the MRS Annual Conference, to Centaur Communications Ltd. This exhibition will now be incorporated into Centaur's The Research Show that has run at Olympia for the last seven years. The joint exhibition will now be re-launched and re-branded as Insight 2003.
Insight 2003 will be run in association with The Market Research Society and will take place on 25-26 November at Olympia, London. Insight 2003 is also supported by the BMRA, AIMRI, AURA and the ICG, meaning that for the first time all the major trade bodies are supporting a single market research exhibition.
On the first evening of the show, The Market Research Society will hold The Research Excellence and Effectiveness Awards & Dinner, sponsored by Centaur's Marketing Week.
Calum Taylor, Managing Director of Centaur Exhibitions says: "The mission statement of Insight 2003 is to raise the profile of market research in organisations and to promote its use in the creation of ground breaking innovations and the ensuing competitive advantage. With the support of The MRS for the first time, this is now a realistic and attainable goal that will benefit the whole industry."
David Barr, Director General of The Market Research Society says: "The MRS is proud to be associated with Insight 2003. Insight will rapidly become the leading national and international exhibition for the market research, intelligence, and insight sector. It will reflect the diversity and dynamism of this remarkable industry, and the breadth and depth of its services and skills. For both providers and buyers, it will be the premier forum for opening up new business opportunities."
