Centaur Media plc Appointment of Group Finance Director

November 23^rd 2006: The Company announces the appointment of Mike Lally to the position of Group Finance Director. Following a Board meeting of the Company today, the Chairman Graham Sherren made the following statement:

"I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Lally to the Board as Group Finance Director, with effect from today. Mike has been with Centaur since 2001, prior to which he was Finance Director of Informa Publishing Group. He brings in-depth experience of the sector and the Company. There are no other matters relating to Mike Lally that need to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13."
