February 15^th, 2007: Centaur Media has launched Headlineproperty.co.uk, a specialist website that handles the communication between the property industry and the journalists who cover it across all media - the national press, regional press, TV, radio, online, consumer and business magazines.

This is Centaurs second launch into this market sector - Headlinemoney.co.uk, which was launched in April 2002, is a similar site that serves financial services journalists and the financial services industry.

Centaur is planning further launches into other specialist sectors.

Headlineproperty.co.uk was launched in mid-January and already has 700 journalists using the site and 120 property companies supplying press releases.

The website offers UK property journalists unique access to up-to-the minute property industry news and comment provided by subscribing companies and associations. Headlineproperty also contains a directory of images and case studies in addition to a comprehensive and fully searchable industry and regional data centre.

The data centre includes press contact details and deeper information on 16 Government departments, 218 local authorities, 500 estate agents, 100 housebuilders (including the top three in each region) and ten property portals.
