May 10th 2007: The Board of Centaur Media Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Satterthwaite as a non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2007.
Christopher is Group Chief Executive of Chime Communications Plc, the holding company of a leading public relations, marketing services and research group.
Centaur Media Plc Chairman, Graham Sherren, said: "I am delighted that Christopher has agreed to serve as a director of Centaur.
